Stress and Cholesterol are perhaps twins. Controlling Managing factors which elevate your levels of stress is a MUST in this fast, competitive world where everyone runs from dawn to dusk. And in this process of running about, none, perhaps, the time to sit, relax and allot a particular time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everyone eats and eats till his belly bursts in this fast world but unfortunately whatever one eats is junk food in this fast world. Fast food in this fast world !
