YOUR EIGHT NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS ARE REALLY THE EIGHTS WAYS FOR A HAPPIER LIFE. 1. I will monitor my Weight commensurate with my body mass index. 2. I will eat, but only healthily, and in time. 3. I will decide on what kind of exercise is suited to me and will do it .My goal will be to get fit. 4. I will sleep but will not sleep over the things that I should be doing in time. I shall learn how to get quality sleep. 5. I will understand what is Stress and the Warning Signals. I shall learn to manage it. 6. I shall quit smoking. 7. I shall learn to manage my time.
