Eat, sing and Be Merry
Eat, Sing and Be Merry
For all this only
We are born. Oh Hari !
When I say, you eat, it is present tense. Not present continuous.
So you must know when to start eating. And when to STOP eating too.
When you eat, choose what to eat.
Be choosy. but never spicy.
Eat like a king in morning. For most of us, the hours that follow are vital.
One must be at the peak of one's energy levels.
You can eat all that's good, to your heart's content,
bearing in mind that your stomach is not a dustbin.
We, South Indians, have our breakfast somewhat like this:
Corn Flakes in milk,
Bread toasted with honey
4 Idlis (rice cakes) with gravy, coconut chutney
Wheat puris (5 nos.) with potato fry.
A cup of coffee / tea
After breakfast,
it is usual for most of us to go to the dressing room
to wear a proper dress.
When you dress, listen to music.
If you are a south Indian, listen to Raaga Hamsadwani.
If not, listen to our A.R.Rahman's symphony.
When you finish up, look at yourself before a mirror.
Be sure that you look smart.
As you wear your socks and shoes, likely your wife may be by your side.
Put up a good smile.
Never miss a kiss.
And find you are in a bliss.
